Roger’s speeches typically run 30 to 45 minutes but are usually adjusted to client needs. Guest lectures and master classes at universities, business schools or executive education programs can take 90 minutes to 2 hours. Workshops and board room sessions vary between 90 minutes and 3 hours. Topics center around the impact of changing customer behaviour and new advanced technologies on strategy, digital transformation, innovation and customer engagement; including how to work with startups, fintechs and insurtechs.
