Speaker

Roger is an experienced keynote speaker at (virtual) conferences and boardroom sessions, as well as a guest lecturer at various universities.
On a frequent basis he shares his views on digital transformation, innovation and customer engagement; on how financial institutions should respond to new technologies, fintechs, insurtechs and changing consumer behaviour.

ROGER’S SPEECH FORMAT

Roger’s speeches typically run 30 to 45 minutes but are usually adjusted to client needs. Guest lectures and master classes at universities, business schools or executive education programs can take 90 minutes to 2 hours. Workshops and board room sessions vary between 90 minutes and 3 hours.
Topics center around the impact of changing customer behaviour and new advanced technologies on strategy, digital transformation, innovation and customer engagement; including how to work with startups, fintechs and insurtechs.

Each presentation is customized and reflects the priorities and challenges of the client. Pre-event conference calls or meetings with key client executives help to tailor content and secure that messages strike the right chord.
In each speech, Roger shares his latest thinking and insightful best practices from across the globe. Informal Q&A sessions supplementing the speech help to promote understanding and discuss consequences.
