Roger is the co-author of Reinventing Customer Engagement. The next level of digital transformation for banks and insurers (LID Publishing), which just launched in February 2017.
With digital transformation becoming mainstream, it is time to raise the bar. The book provides three clear practical guidelines to move from ‘digital transformation to restore the past’ to ‘digital transformation to create a future’. Roger wrote the book with Reggy de Feniks, with whom he also founded DIA (Digital Insurance Agenda).
Reinventing Customer Engagement is the sequel of the worldwide bestseller, Reinventing Financial Services: What consumers expect from future banks and insurers (Financial Times Prentice Hall, 2010). that was released in eight languages. and sold more than 100,000 copies. It is the first book Roger authored with Reggy de Feniks.
